CHANGE IN SHIPPING ADDRESS:

SHIPPING RESTRICTION

Even though the tracking update indicates that the package was “delivered to original sender,” this does not mean that the package was returned to our warehouse address; rather, it means that the package was stored by our shipping agency because we use the one-way shipping service to minimize shipping costs as much as possible. Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?

For a single order, we do not accept shipping to numerous addresses. Please put in separate orders for each address where you want products delivered.

Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

While we can send to PO Boxes, we are unable to do so to Military APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping
